    Physical Products: Items purchased through our wholesale trade division may be eligible for return or exchange if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.
    Digital or IT Services: As services are customized and business-specific, returns are generally not applicable once delivered. However, if there is a technical issue or incomplete delivery, we will work with you to resolve the matter.
    Consultancy & Business Support Services: These are service-based offerings and cannot be “returned.” If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
