10. Termination
    Either party may terminate an agreement with reasonable notice if obligations are not met.
    AYRIC LIMITED may suspend or terminate services if clients breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or misuse our services.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
